REPEALING CHAPTER 1 . 08, COUNTY CLASSIFICATION,
MASON COUNTY CODE
WHEREAS, Mason County' s population has exceeded the
eighteen thousand nine persons referenced in Chapter 1 . 08,
and the census confirmed in that chapter is outdated;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Chapter 1 . 08,
County Classification, is hereby repealed from the Mason
County Code .
