LOCAL AGENCY AGREEMENT- DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
COUNTY WIDE STORM DAMAGE
WHEREAS, there was extensive storm damage to county roads as a result of the
December, 1996 storm.
WHEREAS, there is federal funding available for reimbursement of storm debris clean-up
on the following Mason County roads: McReavy Road, Grapeview Loop Road, Johns
Prairie Road, Shelton Matlock Road and Arcadia Road.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners to enter
into a Local Agency Agreement with Washington State Department of Transportation for
reimbursement in the amount of $48,900 for storm debris clean-up.
PASSED this 25th day of February, 1997.
