ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PLANS
ANTHONY ROAD
COUNTY ROAD PROJECT 1424RR
WHEREAS, right of way acquisition procedures of Mason County require that the Board of
County Commissioners approve road design drawings prior to right-of-way acquisition; and
WIIEREAS, in the past, the road right-of-way plans have been approved by the Board of
County Commissioners and executed by the Chairperson of the Board, in a 24" x 36" mylar form; and
WFIEREAS, the Department of Public Works now has the capability of producing computer
drawings of the road right-of-way plans in a paper form; and
WHEREAS, for right-of-way acquisitions purposes, it is advantageous for the Board of
County Commissioners to approve the right-of-way plans;thereby allowing the Department of Public
Works to proceed with right-of-way appraisals and acquisition.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the Board of Mason County Commissioners
hereby approve the Road Right-of-Way Plans for the proposed construction on Anthony Road
(County Road No. 62670), County Road Project No. 1424RR.
