Budget Emergency Appropriation RESOLUTION NO. 120-98 1998 BUDGET EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION-NOTICE OF HEARING WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the year 1998, it is necessary to make provision for emergency appropriation(s) to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.140, to meet outstanding obligations of District Court for Judge ProTem and juror expenses and operating expenses for Convention Center/Fairgrounds. THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners: That the I st day of December, 1998 at the hour of 10:15 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers, Courthouse Building 1, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, Washington, be and the same hereby fixed as the time and place for a public. hearing upon the matter of the emergency appropriation(s) to the budget for District Court in the estimated amount of $10,100 and the Convention Center/Fairgrounds in the estimated amount of$8,000. The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law. PASSED this 17'h day of November, 1998.
