Budget Supplemental Appropriation RESOLUTION NO.55-98 1998BUDGET SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION NOTICE OF HEARING WBEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the year 1998, it is necessary to make provision for supplemental appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100 and RCW 36.40.195, due to payments from the Retrospective Pool.
