Supplemental Appropriation Budget RESOLUTION NO. 5 0-9 8 1998 BUDGET SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION BUDGET-NOTICE OF HEARING WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be foreseen at the time of making the budget for the year 1998, it is necessary to make provision for supplemental appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36.40.100 and RCW 36.40195, due to the issuing of Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, a private donation, and interest income to be used for property acquisition and remodeling. THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners: That the 2nd day of June, 1998 at the hour of 9:30 a.m.,in the Mason County Commission Chambers at Courthouse Building I, Shelton, Washington, is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the supplemental appropriation to the budget for the Property Acquisition Fund in the amount of$1,819,350 and the Bond Fund in the amount of$141,018. The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of hearing to be published as provided by law. Approved this 19 th day of May , 1998.
