HomeMy WebLinkAbout48-98 - Res. with City of Shelton Addressing Documentation Funding Agreement Mason County Resolution No. 48-98 City of Shelton Resolution No. 707-0598 MASON COUNTY AND CITY OF SHELTON ADDRESS DOCUMENTATION FUNDING AGREEMENT WHEREAS, the City of Shelton and Mason County can both benefit from cross referencing all addresses within the City Limits with a Assessor's parcel number; and WHEREAS, the City of Shelton and Mason County have made a commitment to share resources when ever possible; and WHEREAS, the City of Shelton and Mason County agree that such a data base should be created; and WHEREAS, both the City of Shelton and Mason County budgeted funds for this work; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Shelton Commission and Mason County Board of Commissioners that, the cost of such work will be split equally between jurisdictions. The work will be performed by County Assessor's Office Staff and will not exceed $4,000, $2,000 being provided by the City of Shelton and $2,000 by Mason County.
