1998 BUDGET
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION BUDGET-NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS,by reason of conditions which could not be foreseen at the time of making the budget
for the year 1998, it is necessary to make provision for supplemental appropriations to the budgets as
required by RCW 36.40.100, due to reimbursement for sandbags and rental income in Emergency Services,
STOP grant for training in the Prosecutor's office, Interlocal agreement between the City of Shelton and
Cooperative Extension and unanticipated Hotel/Motel Tax revenue.
THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners:
That the 17th day of February, 1998 at the hour of 9:15 a.m., in the Mason County Commission
Chambers at Courthouse Building I, Shelton, Washington, is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public
hearing upon the matter of the supplemental appropriation to the budget as follows.
Current Expense Fund $5,397
Hotel/Motel Fund $27,725
The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of hearing to be
published as provided by law.
