This addendum to the SEPA Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance for
South Sound Broadcasting's FM radio tower is to construct a 130-foot FM tower
instead of a 230-foot FM tower. The new proposed tower will be sited only 30
feet from the original proposal. This new proposal would appear to have fewer
impacts than the original proposal. There is no comment period for this
addendum.
