Utility Easement Amendment
Under a Utility Easement Agreement (Agreement) between Hood Canal Communications (Grantee) and Mason County
(Grantor), date October 14, 2015, Auditor Recorded File No. 2031806, the Grantee was granted a utility easement on
County owned parcel number 22127-51-00067 a full unrestricted use for permanent utility easement for ingress, egress
and utility 6.00 feet in width and for personnel and /or vehicle access as needed for periodic facility construction,
inspections and/or repair efforts. The above -referenced Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
The Grantor hereby convey and grant to the Grantee full unrestricted use for permanent utility easement for ingress,
egress and utility 20.00 feet in width for personnel and /or vehicle access as needed for periodic facility construction,
inspections and/or repair efforts. The legal description for said Easement is described in Exhibit A-1. An additional
$496.24 from Grantee will be required for the additional 14.00 feet.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement will remain unchanged.
