The vinyl sleeve will be placed around each] f the three piling. It will be resting on an existing cement footing as seen in the attached photos. The lakebed will not be disturbed as all three piling have the cement footings. Concr a will then be poured between the vinyl sleeve and the existing piling. The concrete will rround the wood piling and also fill any voids in the wood. The resulting piling will be strong and last longer than wood. A copy of the specs and in ructions for installation are attached. The permit number from Mason County is BLD2015-00850. I will be placing a vinyl sleeve around each piling and filling the space between it and the existi g wood piling with concrete. I will be using the Snapjacket system. The sleeves and concrete will rest on already existing concrete footing around each piling so no disturbance of the lake bed. It will take approximately between 9 and 10 cubic feet of concrete. I have applied to Tacoma Power and have started the process with WA Fish and Wildlife, the JARPA form, contacted US Corps of Engineers and Marissa Watson of Mason County Community Services.
