1999 BUDGET
EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS , by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of
malting the budget for the year 1999 , it is necessary to make provision for emergency
appropriation (s) to the budget as required by RCW 36 . 40 . 140 , to meet an outstanding obligation of
the Facilities and Grounds , Jail/Sheriff' s Department & LEOFF I Medical .
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners :

That the 30th day of December, 1999 at the hour of 1 . 3 0 ,[Irp/, in the County Commission
Chambers, Courthouse Building I, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, Washington, be and the same
hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the emergency
appropriation(s) to the budget for Current Expense Fund in the estimated amount of $ 102 , 000 .
The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of
such hearing to be published as provided by law .
