COMMISSIONERS RESOLUTION NO. :
COUNTY ROAR PROJECT NO. : 1631
WHEREAS , on Mason County Road No. 23910 known locally as the Agate Road , and more specifically
located in Sec . 1 , T20N - 31W. WM , M.P . 1 . 35 to M.P. 1 . 45 , work defined as
" construction" in the BARS Manual, Page II-63 , et seq, is determined to be necessary and proper; and,
WHEREAS , this project is identified as 45 on the officially adopted County Annual Road Program,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their
intention to :
alaney Creek
Perform preliminary engineering for replacement of existing 4'5 '° dia . x 76 ' long Galvanized Steel Corrugated
Pipe in Malaney Creek for fish passage enhancement.
SAID WORK is to be performed by contract in accordance with the Washington State Standard
(day laborfcontract)
Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as adopted by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is necessary and proper, and the
estimated costs of said project are herewith set out as follows :
Preliminary Engineering $ 15 ,000 , 00
Right-of-Way $ -----
Road Construction $
The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity, and the County Road
Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed thereon as by law, provided and in
accordance with WAC 13648 .
