1999 BUDGET
SUPPLEMENTALI TI - NOTICE OF HEARING
by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the
time of making the budget for the year 1999 , it is necessary to make provision for
supplemental appropriation to the budget as required by RCW 36 . 40 . 100 , and RCW
36 . 40 . 195 due to : unbudgeted beginning fund balance in the Current Expense Fund to be
used for the " batting cage project" at MCRA Park ; a residual equity transfer from Current
Expense Fund to the Abatement Fund for the abatement of dangerous buildings ; and
unbudgeted beginning fund balance in the Law Library Fund for the purchase of law
book .
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVEDby the Board of County Commissioners :
That the 14th day of December, 1999 at the hour of 9 : 55 a . m in the Mason
County Commission Chambers , 411 North Fifth Street , Shelton , Washington , is
hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the
supplemental appropriation to the budget for:
Current Expense Fund $ 9 , 690
Abatement Fund $ 7 , 035
Law Library $ 57000
The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized , empowered , and directed to
cause notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law .
