After-the-fact regulatory permits are required from Mason County and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for your existing structures. Enclosed please find a letter from Tacoma Power, the land owner, allowing you to proceed with regulatory permitting for your project. Per Section 1 of the SUSPG, copies of the necessary regulatory permits are required before Tacoma Power can issue an SUP. Once obtained, please provide copies of the required permits to Tacoma Power to satisfy this requirement. If necessary, Tacoma's allowable use requirements will be modified to reflect the most stringent requirement of the other agencies. Next Steps for Tacoma Power: 14. Cultural Resources Survey. Not required at this time.
