An Ordinance amending Mason County Code Chapter 2 . 88
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Mason County Code Chapter 2 . 88 . 010 to add a provision that states
in those months that have five Tuesdays , the Commissioners shall not meet to transact regular business on
the fifth Tuesday;
NOW, THEREFORE , be it ordained by the Mason County Board of Commissioners that Mason County
Code 2 . 88 . 010 shall be amended as follows :
"The Board shall meet regularly from nine a.m. to approximately four thirty p .m. on each Tuesday, except
for the fifth Tuesday (in those months that have five Tuesdays) at the Mason County Courthouse , Building
I, 411 North Firth Street to transact regular business ; provided that : "
"(4) The regular working session (no formal action) of the board is held every Monday from nine a.m. to
approximately four thirty p .m. and on the fifth Tuesday (in those months that have five Tuesdays) from
approximately 1 : 30 p .m. to 4 : 30 p .m.
