COUNTY ROAD CLOSURE
BELFAIR-TAHUYA ROAD - #97500
(Amends Resolution No . 95 -99 / Change of Closure Dates)
WHEREAS , it is necessary to change the closure dates on the Belfair-Tahuya Road, as set
forth in Resolution No . 95 -99 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners has
declared the above described road closure a public necessity to facilitate the replacement of an
existing culvert with an aluminum structural plate pipe arch in Little Tahuya Creek at milepost 8 . 61
of the Belfair-Tahuya Road .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to RCW 47 . 48 . 010, Belfair-Tahuya Road shall
be closed to all through traffic from 6 : 00 am, Monday, September 27, 1999, to 8 : 00 am,
Monday, October 4, 1999, and the County Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to proceed as
prescribed by law.
ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1999 .
