COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. : 1628
WHEREAS , on Mason County Road No . 51940 ., known locally as Jensen Drive and more
specifically located in Sec . 32, T21N - R3W. WM M. P . 0 . 00 to M.P . 0 . 36
work defined as 'construction" in the BARS Manual, Page II-63 , et seq, is determined to be necessary and proper; and,
WHEREAS , this project is identified as 92 on the officially adopted County Annual Road Program,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their
intention to :
Grade, drain and surface with 2 shots of bituminous surface treatment (BST) .
SAID WORK is to be performed by day labor in accordance with the Washington State Standard
(day labor/contract)
Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as adopted by Mason County .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is necessary and proper, and the
estimated costs of said project are herewith set out as follows :

Right-of-Way $ ---
Construction $ 25 .000 . 00
The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity, and the County Road
Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed thereon as by law, provided and in
accordance with WAC 136 - 18 .
ADOPTED this 24th day of August , 1999 .
