RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY ROAD

WHEREAS , on WeEkr�day, July 6 , 1999 , in conformance with RCW 36 . 81 . 010 , the Board of
County Commissioners entered upon their Minutes a motion declaring their intent to establish as
a County Maintained Road, JENSEN DRIVE , County Road No . 51940 ; an existing gravel road
to be paved with a surface approximately 0 . 36 miles long , beginning at the end of the existing
pavement on Jensen Road, County Road No . 51930 , running northerly to south of the wye . Said
road is located in the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, and the Northwest Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of Section 32 , Township 21 North, Range 3 West, W . M
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed county road is a public necessity,
and that the County Engineer be directed to report thereon, and the Clerk of the Board shall fix a
time and place for hearing the report as required by statute , and that the Prosecuting Attorney be
requested to review and give approval to the steps herein ordered .
