WHEREAS , an agreement was entered into on February 9 , 1948 with Bayshore, Inc . to allow
Mason County to place two sheds upon Bayshore, Inc . property;
WHEREAS , this agreement is no longer necessary as Mason County purchased the property
where the sheds were placed;
WHEREAS , this agreement continues to be on the property records of Bayshore, Inc . and needs to
be removed;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved by the Mason County Board of Commissioners to
remove from the Mason County records all reference to this agreement dated February 9, 1948 (Exhibit A) .
