1999 BUDGET
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS , by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the
time of making the budget for the year 1999 , it is necessary to make provision for
supplemental appropriation to the budget as required by RCW 36 .40 . 100 , and RCW
36 ,40 , 195 due to : an insurance settlement for damage to the Cooperative Extension
Building and its contents ; an increase in the salary of the District Court judge ; a
Dept of Ecology waste reduction and recycling grant for the Landfill Fund ; and a
US Dept of Agriculture Forest Division grant plus an interlocal grant from the Port
of Allyn to the North Bay/Case Inlet Fund for the completion of a benefit analysis to
determine the local capacity and preferred method for financing sewer
improvements in the Belfair area . .
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners :
That the 13t" day of July , 1999 at the hour of 9 : 15 a . m . , at Memorial Hall , 210
W Franklin Street , Shelton , Washington , is hereby fixed as the time and place for a
public hearing upon the matter of the supplemental appropriation to the budget as
follows :
