DISTRIBUTION OF PUD EXCISE TAX
WHEREAS, the P . U .D . Excise Tax Monies which have accrued to the credit of Mason County have now
been received in the total amount of $ 351 , 334 , 15
WHEREAS, under Chapter 278 , Session Laws of 1957 , provision has been made for the distribution of said
funds (RCW 54 . 28 . 909) ;
NOW , THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners that
the following distribution of P .U. D . Excise Tax be made as follows :

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Treasurer of Mason County is hereby and directed to make the
distribution as herein set forth.
