County Code is amended as follows .
3 . 48 . 040 . REQUIRED WHEN.
All contracts/purchases ofmateriuls , c � i ; � rr :rat, supplies , or services ( Le .

thousand dollars ($ 25 , 000) must be put ort to rorripetitive bidding except for purchases
