ESTABLISHMENT F MASON LK AQUATIC WEEDS MANAGEMENT FUN
FUND NO . 19 -00 - 00
WHEREAS, RCW 36 . 32 . 120, states " . . the board of county commissioners . . .have
the care of the county property and the management of the county funds and business . . "
WHEREAS, the Washington State Department of Ecology has granted Mason
County funds for the management of aquatic weeds in Mason Lake ;
.NOW THEREFORE, the Mason County Board of County Commissioners does
hereby establish the Mason Lake Aquatic Weeds Management Fund (Fund 194-000-000)
for the purpose of eradicating aquatic weeds in Mason Lake .
IT IS FURTHER ESTABLISHED THAT the Director of Health Services will
administer this fund and pay proper expenses from this fund as approved by the Mason
County Board of County Commissioners .
