1999 BUDGET
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION m NOTICEHEARING
WHEREAS , by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the
time of making the budget for the year 1999 , it is necessary to make provision for
supplemental appropriation to the budget as required by RCW 36 . 40 . 100 , and RCW
36 . 40 . 195 due to : Community Juvenile Accountability Act training costs in Probation
Services ; development of a " Food & Family " program in Cooperative Extension , an error
in salary computation in Licensing/Auditor' s Office and a recycling grant for the Landfill .
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners :
That the 16t" day of February , 1999 at the hour of 10 : 30 a . m . in the Mason
County Commission Chambers , at Courthouse Building 1 , 411 North Fifth Street , Shelton ,
Washington , is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of
the supplemental appropriation to the budget for the Current Expense Fund in the
estimated amount of $ 22 , 820 and the Landfill Fund in the estimated amount of $ 32 , 000
for the above mentioned purposes .
The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized , empowered , and directed to
cause notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law .
