That's a beam 20' off the ground. There is no wall. There is no footing associated with it. It runs from the house to the post, which has a footing over 7' from the septic. Hi Ariane, are you able to scan and show me what she's looking at? The updated site plan was definitely changed and meets the 5' setback requirement with about 2 feet to spare. I wonder if she's looking at the original.
