A RESOLUTION TO WITHDRAW A PORTION OF MASON COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION
DISTRICT NO . 12 .
WHEREAS , in accordance with RCW 52 . 08 and RCW 57 . 28 a petition was submitted to
withdraw Section 9 ; Township 19N, Range 7W from Fire Protection District No . 12 ; and
WHEREAS , Fire Protection District No . 12 has held a public hearing and determined it would be
in the best interest of the district; and
WHEREAS , the Board of Mason County Commissioners received a true and correct copy of the
minutes of Fire Protection District No . 12 approving the withdrawal of the territory within the district ;
NOW , THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved that the Board of Mason County Commissioners
approves the withdrawal of the above described area within Fire Protection District No . 12 .
