TO AMEND THE MASON COUNTY AUDITOR' S OFFICE CASH DRAWERS ,
REVOLVING CHECKING ACCOUNTS AND PETTY CASH .
WHEREAS , Resolution No . 109- 98 established five (5) cash drawers in the
Mason County Auditor' s Office Vehicle Licensing Department each at $200 , one ( 1 )
Revolving Checking Account ( Belfair Office) at $ 1 , 000 ; one ( 1 ) cash drawer in the
Mason County Auditor' s Office Recording Department at $ 100 , one ( 1 ) Revolving
Checking Account ( Belfair Office- Marriage Licenses) at $200 ; and
WHEREAS , Resolution No . 114- 89 established the Mason County Auditor s
Belfair Office $50 petty cash fund ; and
WHEREAS , the Mason County Auditor' s Belfair Office has been discontinued
and the sum of $ 1 , 600 (representing the closed Revolving Checking Account for $ 11000 ,
petty cash of $200 and two $200 cash drawers ) has been deposited to the Mason
County Treasurer on June 02 , 2000 , receipt # 87762 ; and the sum of $200 deposited to
the Mason County Treasurer on May 31 , 2000 , receipt # 87702 , ( representing the $200
Revolving Checking Account) ;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , by the Mason County Commissioners
that Resolution No . 109-98 be amended to establish the funds in the Mason County
Auditors Office as follows :
Vehicle Licensing Department- Three (3) cash drawers at $200 each
Recording Department- One ( 1 ) cash drawer at $ 100
ALSO , THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , by the Mason County Commissioners
that Resolution No 114-89 be amended by the elimination of the Belfair petty cash fund
of $ 50 .
