2000 BUDGET
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS , by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at
the time of making the budget for the year 2000 , it is necessary to make provision for
supplemental appropriation to the budget as required by RCW 36 . 40 . 100 , and RCW
36 , 40 , 195 due to : The cost of the November 2000 general election in the
Auditor/Elections Department and the cost of utilities and repairs & maintenance in the
Facilities & Grounds/Jail . Department . These supplemental budget appropriations will
be funded by unanticipated timber revenue .
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners :
That the 26T" day of December, 2000 at the hour of 10245 a . m . in the Mason
County Commission Chambers , at Courthouse Building 1 , 411 North Fifth Street , Shelton ,
Washington , is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of
the supplemental appropriation to the budget for the Current Expense Fund in the
estimated amount of $ 38 , 000 for the above mentioned purposes .
The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized , empowered , and directed to cause
notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law .
