APPROVING AN OPERATING TRANSFER FROM THE MASON COUNTY DISTRESSED
AREA CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND (103-000-000) TO THE WASTEWATER/NORTH
BAY/CASE INLET FUND (403A00A00)
WHEREAS , RCW 36 , 32 , 120, states " . .the board of county commissioners , . ,have the care of the
county property and the management of the county funds and business . . "
WHEREAS, the Director of Utilities/Waste Management applied for a Local Economic
Advancement Program Grant of $200 , 000 to be used on the North Bay/Case Inlet Water Reclamation
Facility/Sewer Collection System;
WHEREAS, the Board of Mason County Commissioners have approved that Local Economic
Advancement Program Application for $ 200, 000 ;
NOW THEREFORE, the Mason County Board of County Commissioners does hereby approve
an operating transfer in the amount of $ 200 , 000 from the Mason County Distressed Area Capital
Improvement Fund ( 103 - 000- 000) to the Wastewater/North Bay/Case Inlet Fund (403 -000- 000) for
expenditures of the North Bay/Case Inlet Water Reclamation Facility/Sewer Collection System.
