COMMISSIONERS RESOLUTION NO. :
COUNTY ROAD PROTECT NO. : 1688
WHEREAS , on Mason County Road No . 68360 known locally as the North BU Road and more
specifically located in Section 17, Township 22 North, Range I West, WM M.P . 0 . 00 to M.P . 1 . 96 work
defined as " construction" in the BARS Manual, Page II-63 , et seq, is determined to be necessary and proper, and,
WHEREAS , this project is identified as 93 on the officially adopted County Annual Road Program.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their
intention to :
Preliminary engineering only for drainage considerations and road repair.
SAID WORK is to be performed by day labor/contract in accordance with the Washington State
(day labor/contract)
Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as adopted by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is necessary and proper, and the
estimated costs of said project are herewith set out as follows :
Preliminary Engineering $ 35 .000 . 00
Right-of-Way $ ---
Road Construction $
The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity, and the County Road
Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed thereon as by law, provided and in
accordance with WAC 136- 181
ADOPTED this 3rd day of October 2000 .
