REPEAL ORDINANCE NO . 32-00 — INTERIM PROVISIONS FOR THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT DUTIES
WHEREAS , Ordinance No . 32- 00 was adopted on April 18 , 2000 to establish interim provisions for the
Planning Department; and
WHEREAS , it is necessary to repeal the Ordinance due to a change in the administrative structure within the
County .
NOW , THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED that Ordinance No . 32-00 is repealed , effective this date.
