A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS F
MASONU T AUTHORIZING AN OFFICEROFFICERS TO SIGN
ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE A PROGRAM
ADMINISTERED THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF
AGRICULTURE FARM SERVICE AGENCY,
WHEREAS , Mason County may desire to participate in a Conservation Reserve
Enhancement Program administered by the Farm Service Agency of the U . S . Department
of Agriculture ; and
WHEREAS , the Farm Service Agency is required to obtain acceptable documentation to
show that an officer of the County is authorized to sign for the entity; and
WHEREAS , this requirement is designed to protect the County from being
misrepresented ; and
WHEREAS , a resolution by the County authorizing an officer of officers to sign for the
County is an acceptable method of satisfying this requirement; and
WHEREAS , the current Board of County Commissioners include John A . Bolender,
Mary Jo Cady and Cynthia D . Olsen ; and
WHEREAS , on the 26th day of September, 2000 , a quorum of the Board of County
Commissioners met and passed this resolution :
BE IT RESOLVED by the order of the County Commissioners of Mason County,
Washington, that they may desire to participate in a program administered by the Farm
Service Agency of the U . S . Department of Agriculture and therefore authorize the
following officer (s) to execute any and all documents required to participate in and
comply with said programs : John A . Bolender, Mary Jo Cady, Cynthia D . Olsen and Gary
Yando, Director of Utilities/Waste Management .
E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this authority includes all programs administered
through the Farm Service Agency and grants unto said representative ( s) full authority
and power to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and
advisable to be done under such programs , including access to County FSA records
necessary to complete all transactions and all actions .

FURTHERBE IT S V that this resolution shall remain in full
force and effect until written notice of its revocation has been duly served
upon the County FSA Committee .
