COUNTY ROAD CLO SURE
OLD BELFAIR HIGHWAY - #98250
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to RCW 47 . 48 . 010 , Old Belfair highway ,
County Road No . 98250 , shall be closed to all through traffic at MP 3 . 36 from 8 : 00 AM Monday,
September 11 to 5 : 00 PM, Wednesday , September 20 , 2000 .
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners has declared the
above described road closure a public necessity to facilitate the replacement of an existing culvert
with an open bottom box culvert in Bear Creek .
THEREFORE , the County Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to proceed as
prescribed by law .
ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 2000 .
