COUNTY ROAD CLOSURE
OLD BELFAIR HIGHWAY - #98250
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to RCW 47 . 48 . 010, Old Belfair Highway,
County Road No . 98250 , shall be closed to all through traffic at MP IA & I . 52 from 8 : 00 AM
Wednesday, August 9 , 2000 to 5 : 00 PM, Friday, August 18 , 2000 .
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners have declared the
above described road closure a public necessity to facilitate the removal of two existing 36 concrete
culverts from Courtney Creek and replace them with a 16 ' x 62 " x 50 ' open bottom aluminum pipe
arch .
THEREFORE, the County Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to proceed as
prescribed by law .
ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 2000.
