COMMISSIONERS RESOLUTION NO. : 66 - 00
COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. : 1684
WHEREAS, on Mason County Road No. 98250 , known locally as the Old Belfair Highway, and more
specifically located in Section 17_ Township 23 North, Range 1 West_ WM M.P . 2 . 33 to M.P. 2 . 37 work defined
as °`construction" in the BARS Manual, Page II-63 , et seq, is determined to be necessary and proper; and,
WHEREAS, this project is identified as #5 on the officially adopted County Annual Road Program .
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their
intention to :
Remove two (2) existing 18 " and one ( 1 ) 24 " CMP culverts from Everson Creek and replace them with a 10° 2 " x
5 ' (inside dimension) x 48' long precast concrete culvert.
SAID WORK is to be performed by contract in accordance with the Washington State
(day labor/contract)
Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as adopted by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is necessary and proper, and the
estimated costs of said project are herewith set out as follows .

Road Construction $ 80.838 *
* (Mason County Funds : $21 ,032 - Grant Funded : $ 66,806)
The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity, and the County Road
Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed thereon as by law; provided and in
accordance with WAC 13648 .
ADOPTED this 1 lth day of July 2000 .
