COMMISSIONERS RESOLUTION NO. : 64 -00
COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. : 1682
WHEREAS , on Mason County Road No. 77270 , known locally as Raven Wad, and more specifically
located in Section 32, Township 23 North, Range 2 West, WM M.P. 1 . 80 to M.P. 1 . 84 work defined as
construction" in the BARS Manual, Page II-63 , et seq, is determined to be necessary and proper, and,
WHEREAS, this project is identified as #5 on the officially adopted County Annual Road Program.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE .BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their
intention to :
Remove existing 70 " x 48 " CMP arch culvert from Erdman Lake Creek and replace it with a 14 ' x 6 ' 5 " x 84 ' open
bottom aluminum pipe arch.
SAID WORK is to be performed by contract in accordance with the Washington State
(day labor/contract)
Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as adopted by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is necessary and proper, and the
estimated costs of said project are herewith set out as follows :
Construction/Engineering $ 5 000 . 00 *
Right-of-Way $ N/A
Road Construction $ 106A85 *
(Mason County Funds . $68,543 - Grant Funds . $42,542
The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity, and the County Road
Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed thereon as by law, provided and in
accordance with WAC 136- 18 .
ADOPTED this 1 Ith day of July 2000 .
