NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE
SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ON SAID VACATION

IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF DONALD G . CLARK, ET AL
WHEREAS , NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mason County Board of Commissioners received
a petition for the vacation of:
That portion of Spruce Street between Block 9 , Tract J and Block 8 , Tract H which
is located east of Lakewood Avenue as shown on Lakewood Plat J , on file in the Mason
County Auditor' s office , Plat Book No . 2 ; Page 33 .
WHEREAS , the Board did set a date for public hearing on the matter and directed the Clerk to
prepare notice thereof for posting and publication ;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , that said hearing has been set for Tuesday , June 6 , 2000
at 10 : 30 a . m . in the Commission Chambers , Mason County Courthouse Building I , 411 North Fifth Street,
Shelton , Washington at which time and place any taxpayer may appear to hear the County Engineer' s report,
and to be heard either for or against the granting of the petition .
