SDI COUNTY ROADS
WHEREAS on Tuesday, December 4, 2001, in conformance with RCW 36.81.010, the Board of County.
Commissioners entered upon their Minutes a motion declaring their intent to estabish the thliowing roads
in Be=wood Subdivision as county maintained roads, located. in Section 8, Township 22 North, Range T_
West, W.M.. -iclwood 1,ane (County Road No. 68630), Sky ark Court (County Road No. 68640) and
Warbler Court (County Road No. 68650).
WHEREAS, AS, said roads are bur I W to county standards. Belwood Lane begins as. SR 302 and runs southerly
approximately 0.1.E mile; Skylark Court begins at 3elwood Lane and runs easterly approximately 0.23 mile
and ends at a culdesac; and, Warbler Court begins at Belwood 1,ane and runs easterly approximately 0.22
mile and ends at a culdesac.
NOW, THEREFORE, tE I_I` RESOLVED bat the proj3osec county roads are a public necessity and
that the County Engineer be directed to report thereon, and the C=crk of the Joard shall fix a time and place
for hearing the repor as required by statute, and that the Prosecuting Attorney be requested to review and
give approval to the steps herein ordered.
