1 BUDGET
SUPPLEMENTAL PP P IATI TIHEARING
by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the
time of making the budget for the year 2001 , it is necessary to make provision for
supplemental appropriation to the budget as required by RCW 36 . 40 . 100 , and RCW
36 . 40 . 195 due to :
block grant for equipment in the Sheriff' s Offices numerous grant contract amendments
in Health Services for the medical passport program for children in foster care , the
program to reduce tobacco use, the program for early intervention for at risk families , the
alternative response system , the immunization program , and the source water assessment
program ; and a Department of Ecology grant and loan for the North Bay/Case Inlet
Wastewater Facilities Construction Project.
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners :
That the 201h day of November, 2001 at the hour of 9 : 15 a .m. in the Mason County
Commission Chambers , at Courthouse Building 1 , 411 North Fifth Street , Shelton ,
Washington , is hereby fixed as the time and place for a public hearing upon the matter of
a supplemental appropriation to the budget for the : Current Expense Fund $27 , 932 ,
Health Services $ 112 , 689 , Wastewater/No Bay/Case Inlet $ 1 , 3119461 .
The Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized , empowered , and directed to cause
notice of such hearing to be published as provided by law .
