COUNTY ROAD CLOSURE
NORTH SHORE ROAD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to RCW 47 . 48 . 010, North Shore Road, County
Road No . 70390, shall be closed to all through traffic at Milepost 8 . 12 from 6 : 00 A. M . , Monday,
September 24 to 6 : 00 pm, Friday, September 28 ,
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED , the Board of Mason County Commissioners has declared
the above described road closure a necessity for public safety to facilitate the repair of the
embankment and the roadway due to slide damage .
THEREFORE, the County Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to proceed as
prescribed by law .
ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 2001 .
