Amending County Code Chapter 1.12 Voting Precincts Return to Mason County Commissioners PO BOX 411 North 5t' Street Shelton Washington 98584 RESOLUTION NO . tv)) on- Resolution to amend Mason County Code Chapter 1 . 12 Voting Precincts WHEREAS , it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners of Mason County, Washington, that certain areas have been annexed to the City of Shelton ; and WHEREAS , in order to conform to the statutes , in such cases provided, the boundaries of certain existing voting precincts, namely : Airport, Capitol Hill, Isabella, Mountain View, Westside, Shelton 11 , Shelton 13 , and Shelton 16 ; must be changed to conform to said above-mentioned annexation : NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED : Mason County Code Section 1 . 12 . 010, 1 . 12 . 020 Airport, 1 . 12 . 050 Capitol Hill, 1 . 12 . 120 Isabella, 1 . 12 . 190 Mountain View, 1 . 12 . 260 Westside, 1 . 12 . 390 Shelton No . 11 , 1 . 12 . 400 Shelton No . 13 , 1 . 12 . 430 Shelton No . 16 , and 1 . 12 . 350 precincts are amended as follows, as set out in detail in Exhibit "A", attached hereto .
