ESTABLISH EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION FUND
FUND NUMBER
WHEREAS, RCW 36 . 32 , 120 , states " . . the board of county commissioners . . .have the
care of the county property and the management of the county funds and business . . "
WHEREAS, the Board of Mason County Commissioners recognizes the need for an
Employee Recognition Fund to finance the Employee Recognition Program.
NOW THEREFORE , the Mason County Board of County Commissioners does hereby
establish the Employee Recognition Fund ( 102 -000-000) to receive revenues and pay the costs
associated with the Employee Recognition Program .
IT IS FURTHER ESTABLISHED THAT the Human Resources Director will
administer this fund and pay proper expenses from this fund as approved by the Mason County
Board of County Commissioners ; and the Board of County Commissioners will annually budget
funds to finance the Employee Recognition Program.
