RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY ROAD
WHEREAS, on February 27, 2001 , the Board of County Commissioners did pass and approve a Resolution
of Intention to Establish Rasor Road West, County Road No . 62400 , as a primitive county maintained road ;
and
WHEREAS, after due Notice and Public Hearing, pursuant to law, and after careful consideration and
study of the report submitted by the Mason County Engineer, the Board finds that the establishment is a
public necessity and practicable ; and
WHEREAS, the County Engineer recommends the speed limit for Rasor Road West be established at 20
miles per hour.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners,
that Rasor Road West be established as part of the Mason County Road System , as a primitive road, and the
Mason County Engineer is hereby directed to proceed with said establishment.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED, that the
recommended speed limit of 20 miles per hour is effective immediately on Rasor Road West, and the
County Engineer is hereby directed to erect the necessary speed limit signs in conformity herewith .
