RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY ROAD
WHEREAS, on Tuesday, February 27 , 2001 , in conformance with RCW 36 . 81 . 010 , the Board of
County Commissioners entered upon their Minutes a motion declaring their intent to establish as a County
Maintained Road , Rasor Road, County Road Number 62400 . The west end of the Rasor Road
intersects with Trials End Drive , County Road No . 62470 , and has a traffic count of nearly 100
vehicles per day . Bringing the proposed section of this road into the system would provide
maintained service for the bulk of the platted development which has occurred within the last
five to six years . There are currently physical and natural barriers preventing traffic from
continuing beyond this mile post . This section of road would be maintained as a primitive road
approximately 2 . 31 miles long , beginning at the intersection with Trails End Drive and ending at a
turn around 2 . 31 miles to the northeast . Said road located in Sections 13 , 23 , 24 & 26 , Township
22 North , Range 2 West , W . M .
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed county road is a public necessity,
and that the County Engineer be directed to report thereon , and the Clerk of the Board shall fix a time and
place for hearing the report as required by statute, and that the Prosecuting Attorney be requested to review
and give approval to the steps herein ordered .
