AN ORDINANCE amending Mason County Code Chapter 2 . 88
WHEREAS , it is necessary to amend Mason County Code Chapter 2 . 88 . 010 (3 )
to amend the time the Commissioners ' shall meet on the fourth Tuesday of the month;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it hereby ordained by the Mason County Board of
Commissioners that Mason County Code 2 . 88 . 010 (3 ) shall be amended as follows :
"(3 ) The regular meeting of the Board on the fourth Tuesday of the month shall
commence at six p .m . in the Courthouse Building I; and providing also that"
PASSED this 9th day of January, 2001 .
