Terrance Austad, Appellant, was present at the hearing. IdaMae Jensen, Assessor's Representative, was present. The Assessor's Representative indicated that the value of the subject property was reduced during the protest period. The property owner was not aware of the reduction and concurred that this was a fair value for the property. Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at $63,600 and improvements at$478,890 for a total of $542,490 for the subject parcel.
