FOR THE ROAD FUND FOR THE YEAR 2005

WHEREAS, RCW 36 ,40 , 090 states that the Board of Mason County Commissioners shall fix the
amount of the tax levies to be raised for the Road Levy.
IT IS THEREFORE DETERMINED, that the following be fixed as the amount to be raised by
ad valorem taxes for the purpose of meeting the expenditures estimated in the 2004 Budget for the Mason
County Road Levy:
ROAD FUND $ 698609554
DIVERSION OF ROAD LEVY $ 807,377
TOTAL ROAD $756679931
ADOPTED this 2 8 t h day of December 2004 .
