TO ESTABLISH THE WASTEWATER SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT FUND
FUND NUMBER 405-000-000
WHEREAS, RCW 36 . 32 . 120 , states " . .the board of county commissioners . . .have the
care of the county property and the management of the county funds and business . . "
WHEREAS, the Board of Mason County Commissioners recognizes the need for a
Wastewater System Development Fund for the purpose of financing the study, design, and
construction of wastewater facilities prior to the formal establishment of a utility.
NOW THEREFORE, the Mason County Board of County Commissioners does hereby
establish the Wastewater System Development Fund (405 -000-000) to receive revenues and pay
the costs of the study, design, and construction of wastewater facilities .
IT IS FURTHER ESTABLISHED THAT the Director of Utilities and Waste
Management will administer this fund and pay proper expenses from this fund as approved by
the Mason County Board of County Commissioners .
