REVISED NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE
SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ON SAID VACATION
RCW 36 . 87
IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF WILLARD & CHRISTINE LAURIE
WHEREAS , NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mason County Board of Commissioners received a
petition for the vacation of the following right-of-way:
Portion of Webster Lane adjacent to Lot 15 ( Parcel 22406 -52 -00015 ) , Wilder & Himes Subdivision of
Lots 1 & 21 of the Plat of Longwood Beach , on file in the Mason County Auditor' s office , Volume 4 , Pages
82 & 83 book of plats , recorded on October 16 , 1950 .
WHEREAS , the Board did set a date for public hearing on the matter and directed the Clerk to prepare
revised notice thereof for posting and publication ;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , that said hearing has been set for Tuesday, December 21 , 2004
at 9 : 30 a . m . in the Commission Chambers , Mason County Courthouse Building I , 411 North Fifth Street , Shelton ,
Washington at which time and place any taxpayer may appear to hear the County Engineer's report , and to be
heard either for or against the granting of the petition .
